Payment
All items currently for sale online are available at JoslinJewels.etsy.com. All major credit cards are accepted and processed through Paypal. It is not necessary have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Layaway
Yes! Layaway is available. If you wish to place an item on layaway. simply contact me and we can arrange a payment plan that works for you.
Custom Orders
Custom orders welcome. Weather you would like one or many pieces, I am happy to design jewelry just for you! I may also be able to tailor and existing piece to your specification. Simply contact me to inquire.
If you wish to comission a highly personalized or customized item that cannot otherwise be sold via JoslinJewels.etsycom (e.g., a bracelet tailored to an extra-petite wrist), a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit may be required. If you would like to commision multiple custom items (e.g., matching bridesmaids necklaces), a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit may be required as well as 100% of materials costs and up to 25% of labor (@ $25.00 per hour) in advance. Work on custom items will commence once your deposit has been received. Once your order is completed, the remaining balance due must be paid in full before we can send your items.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped within two business days (typically sooner) of receipt of full payment. All items are securely and beautifully packaged within a gift box or tin. I cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been sent. If you would like insurance or if you prefer different shipping method, please contact me before ordering so I can adjust the price/shipping method for you.
Standard shipping methods are as follows:
• U.S.: First Class shipping via USPS is $2.50 for the first item. Additional items are free. Priority Mail and Insurance are optional. Your item will typically arrive 3-5 days after purchase.
• CANADA: First Class shipping via USPS is $3.00 for the first item. Additional items are free.
• EVERYWHERE ELSE: First Class International shipping by USPS is $5.00 for the first item. Additional items are free. Arrival times will vary.
Pricing
Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in the the cost of gemstones and precious metals. If a materials price increase affects your item(s), you will be notified before we process your order.

8.6% sales tax applies to your purchase.
Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
I hope you enjoy your jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it for you. If you are not happy with your jewelry for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item. If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please package your item(s) securely and include the invoice received with the product indicating the reason for the return or exchange. I will refund your purchase price less shipping or offer an exchange for item(s) returned in new condition with original tags attached and in the original or non-crushable packaging. Items(s) must be received by Joslin Jewels within 15 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for any item(s) received after 15 days. Special rules may apply to custom or personalized jewelry.
Unless the item(s) are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for before returning jewelry so we may arrange a repair or replacement.We recommend insuring your item(s) when returning them to us for refund, exchange or repair. We cannot accept product returns shipped C.O.D. or be responsible for items lost in transit.
